Dr. Suzan Alp ("the Practice") is responsible for the processing of your personal data. Contact details are given in the Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK).
2. Data collected
a) Data you provide directly
When you use the contact form, you share your name, e-mail address, telephone number and message. The form opens your own e-mail client directly; these data are not stored on our site's server.
b) Data collected automatically
If you give cookie consent, the following data are collected through Google Analytics 4:
- Anonymised IP address
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Pages visited and duration of the visit
- Referring site (referrer)
If you do not give cookie consent, none of these data are collected. For details, see the Cookie Policy.
c) Health data
No health data are collected, processed or stored through this site. Please do not share health information, test results or personal health data in the contact form. Appointments are made by telephone or through Bulut Klinik; health assessment takes place face to face at the examination.

- Measuring site usage statistics (if you have given cookie consent)
- Keeping the site secure and functional
- Fulfilling legal obligations
4. Sharing of data
Your personal data are not shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Data are transferred only in the following cases:
- Google Analytics 4: if you have given cookie consent, site usage data are transferred to Google LLC. The IP address is anonymised; advertising signals are switched off.
- Google Maps: when the map on the contact page loads, data are exchanged with Google's servers.
- Legal obligation: data may be shared within the framework of the applicable legislation upon a duly made request by an authorised public body.
5. Data security
The Site is served over HTTPS; communication between your browser and the server is encrypted. Additional security measures:
- HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS)
- A Content Security Policy (CSP) so that only known sources are loaded
- X-Content-Type-Options, X-Frame-Options and Referrer-Policy headers
- A Permissions-Policy that switches off browser features that are not needed
6. Third-party links
When you click a third-party link on the Site (BulutKlinik, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Maps), the privacy policy of that platform applies. The Practice is not responsible for the data processing practices of these platforms.
7. Children's privacy
This site does not knowingly collect personal data from people under 18. If you become aware that a person under 18 has shared data, please contact us.
8. Your rights
Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK (to learn, to correct, to erase, to object and others) are explained in detail in the Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK). For applications you can use info@drsuzanalp.com.
9. Changes
When this policy is updated, the new version is published on this page. For significant changes, the update date in the site footer is renewed.
